Route 14 To Get Coffee Shop In Former Burger King In Cary: Village Administrator

The long-vacant space at 62 Northwest Highway will see a new business move in, village officials said.

CARY, IL — A long-standing "for sale" sign was swapped out for a "sold" sign at the former Burger King location along Northwest Highway in Cary in recent months, leaving local residents speculating as to what would be moving in.

On local neighborhood Facebook groups, many have been rooting for a coffee shop, with some keeping their fingers crossed for a Dutch Bros Coffee, 7 Brew or Scooters.

Village officials confirmed Monday a national chain will not be coming to the vacant space at 62 Northwest Highway. But the new business will have coffee.
