Sage Products Purchases 27 Acres for $3.36 Million
The Cary company is planning to build a 850,000-square-foot addition.
Sage Products in Cary is expanding.
Sage, which makes products for surgery and medical care, has purchased 27 acres of property for $3.36 million for the planned expansion at its plant located at 3909 Three Oaks Road, the Daily Herald reports. The acquisition is considered one of largest commercial land deals in McHenry County in recent years.
The 850,000-square-foot addition will bring 350 new jobs to Sage Products by 2021, according to the Daily Herald.
