Sailboat Capsizes Near Main Beach During Sailing Lesson
The incident happened Wednesday morning.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL – A sailboat capsized near Main Beach Wednesday morning, the Northwest Herald reports. None of the three occupants on the sailboat, which included a sailing instructor who was guiding a sailing lesson for the two other students on board,were injured. The incident happened at about 10:35 a.m. and Lakewood Police Chief Mike Roth told the Northwest Herald it was unclear why the boat tipped.
