Sears Looking for Subtenants for Crystal Lake Site

Sears Holding Corp. is actively seeking tenants to share the 103,867-square- foot Crystal Lake building at 105 Route 14, the Northwest Herald reports.

The local Sears store is not closing, merely exercising its standard practice of pursuing subtenants, out-parcel development and alternative uses, the story states. Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has listed for lease Sears locations in Crystal Lake, Bloomindale and six suburban Kmart stores, the Herald reports.
