Serving Families Living with Spina Bifida in McHenry County
Community Foundation for McHenry County and Illinois Spina Bifida Association help families get needed services and resources.

The Illinois Spina Bifida Association (ISBA) has completed the first year of its Community-Clinic Connection program in McHenry County, thanks to a generous grant from the Community Foundation for McHenry County.
ISBA programs are available to all Illinois residents living with spina bifida, at no- or low-cost, and with no membership requirements.
The Community-Clinic Connection program provides community-based support and coaching services to increase family resilience, health quality of life, and the independence of children and adults living with spina bifida.
