Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued for McHenry Co,
The warning will remain in effect through 4 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for southwestern McHenry County and southern Boone County. At 3:10 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was spotted over Belvidere moving northeast at 10 mph, according to the National Weather Service. The storm could bring quarter-sized hail.
The thunderstorm warning will remain in effect through 4 p:m.
