Teen Arrested Child Porn Charges Set for Arraignment

A McHenry County grand jury found enough evidence to arraign Joseph Szykowny-Biegel.

An 18-year-old Lake in the Hills man will be arraigned April 6 on child pornography charges.

A McHenry County grand jury Wednesday found enough evidence to arraign  Joseph Szykowny-Biegel, 3 Rochelle Court, on two counts of aggravated child pornography, possessing film and photos, and two counts of child pornography, possessing film and photos.

An arraignment for Szykowny-Biegel is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 6 before Judge Joseph Condon.

Szykowny-Biegel was arrested Feb. 24. A search of his home produced pornographic material.
