Teens Arrested In Break-In, Burglary At Walgreens In Cary
The Elgin teens were arrested in Elgin last week for committing similar crimes, police said.
CARY, IL — The Cary Police Department has arrested two teens accused of burglarizing a Walgreens in Cary last week.
Authorities learned Friday that two men were in custody in Elgin for committing "similar crimes" to the burglary being investigated by the Cary Police Department. Investigators have since also linked the men, Moises Villa, 19, of Elgin, and Mauricio Ramos, 18, of Elgin, to the Feb. 16 break-in and burglary at the Walgreens, 500 W. Northwest Highway, according to a news release from the Cary Police Department.
Villa and Ramos have been charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony; theft, a Class 3 felony; and criminal damage to property, a Class 4 felony.

The duo is accused of breaking the glass front door of the Walgreens at about 3:30 a.m. on Feb. 16 and stealing items valued at about $2,000. They then fled the scene.
