Three Oaks Announces 2026 Season Opening Dates For Swim Beach, Marina, Scuba Zone

THREE OAKS, IL — Three Oaks is gearing up for the 2026 season, with several attractions set to open in the coming months, weather permitting.

• Scuba Zone: Tentatively opening in May, the popular scuba area will welcome divers as soon as conditions allow.
• Open Water Swim: Distance swimming beyond the beach’s buoy markers will take place on select Thursdays and Saturdays in June and July. There will be no open water swim on July 4.
• Marina: The marina will open for the season on Saturday, April 18. In April, the marina will operate on weekends only with limited hours, offering row boats due to cooler temperatures. The full fleet will be available starting in May.
• Swim Beach: Tentatively opening at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, the beach will welcome swimmers for the summer season.

Three Oaks is also hiring seasonal staff to support its attractions, with employment opportunities, including lifeguard openings, available for those interested in joining the team this summer.
