Three Oaks Recreation Area Marina Opens Next Week
Boats will be available to rent starting on Friday, April 8.

The Three Oaks Recreation Area marina is set to open for the 2016 summer season on Friday, April 8, at 6:30 a.m.
The marina, located within the popular recreation area at 5517 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake, rents out several different boats, including fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats (including a swan paddleboat) and an electric paddle pontoon. A full list of boats available to rent is available on the Three Oaks Recreation Area website.

Fishing at the recreation area is open "as long as the ice is off the lake." The swim beach is set to open on May 28 while trails at the recreation area remain open year round.
The park itself is open daily 8 a.m. until sunset.
