According to a preliminary investigation, a silver Honda SUV was traveling north on Ferndale Street and attempted to turn left onto northbound Route 41 when it was struck by a white Pontiac Grand Am heading north on Route 41. The impact triggered a secondary collision involving a red Chevrolet HHR, police said.
