LAKE AND MCHENRY COUNTIES, IL — It's almost time to take your favorite little ghosts and goblins out to trick-or-treat in neighborhoods in and around your town. Most towns in the Chicago suburbs have set trick-or-treating hours for Halloween, which falls on Monday, Oct. 31.
