Trinity Oaks Lease Set to Expire, Possible Expansion

As Trinity Oaks Christian Academy plans to add a freshman grade level, they may need more space.

lease at Oak Knoll School, which is owned by , is set to expire July 31, 2012.

The district's finance committee gave Superintendent Brian Coleman the green light to meet with Trinity Oaks officials about coming to an agreement that would benefit both sides.

Earlier this year, Trinity Oaks announced that their academy would expand and beginning in the fall of 2012.

Superintendent Coleman said Trinity Oaks has toured the and has shown interest in the property.

has leased Oak Knoll from the district since Aug. 1 2004 and is paying the district $13,000 a month in their final year of the lease.
