Trojans Top Seed for Girls Basketball Regional

The Illinois High School Association announced the girls basketball regional and sectional pairings Friday afternoon with Cary-Grove the top seed at the Prairie Ridge Regional in Crystal Lake.

The Trojans will play Crystal Lake South at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15 .

The regional also features Fox Valley Conference rivals McHenry and Prairie Ridge.

If C-G can advance to the sectional, it will be held in McHenry against the winner of the South Elgin Regional with the semifinal on Tuesday, Feb. 21 and the championship game on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. Here are the full pairings as released by the IHSA…..
