The Village of Cary, Illinois is requesting proposals from developers for the adaptive reuse of an approximately 38,841 square foot lot with a 5,560 square foot building and parking lot, most recently utilized as a community senior center, 441 West Main Street. 

Sealed proposals must be received before 3:00 PM on February 9, 2022 at the Cary Municipal Center, 755 Georgetown Drive, Cary, Illinois 60013.

The Village reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals and/or to withdraw the RFP without notice.  The Village and other participants in the selection process under this RFP will not be liable for any costs or damages incurred in connection with this RFP, including, but not limited to, the costs of preparing proposals, participating in any conferences, presentations or negotiations, and legal expense incurred therein.
