The Village of Cary’s new Municipal Center located at 755 Georgetown Drive will be open to the public on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
The Cary Municipal Center is located at the corner of Industrial and Georgetown Drives.

In the summer of 2019, the Village completed a space needs analysis, which determined a new facility would more efficiently meet the operational needs of the Village Hall and Police Department. The Village began construction on the new Municipal Center in September 2020. The new 21,000 square-foot facility houses both the Village Hall and Police Department. This project was made possible through the issuance of the general obligations bond in the amount of $11,200,000. No tax increase was necessary for the design and construction of the municipal center.
