The Cary Park District holds a Healthy Digestion seminar for adults at the , 255 Briargate Road, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Attendants will learn about digestive health, healthy eating, how stress can affect digestive health, how to relieve digestive upsets and how to heal chronic digestive diseases.
