Cary-Grove will now play St. Charles North in the second round of playoffs.

Cary-Grove beat Niles North 52-14 in the first round of the playoffs.
Cary-Grove (10-0), a No. 1 seed, will now go on to play St. Charles North (8-2), a No. 9 seed, in the second round of the Class 7A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs. The location and time of the game has not yet been announced.
