2 Darien Domestic Battery Arrests: Cops
One incident occurred in a local neighborhood, while the other was at a gas station, police said.

Domestic battery

- Martel Green, 35, of Lemont, was arrested about 10 p.m. Feb. 6 at Speedway, 10250 Lemont Road, on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
DUIs

- James Haupt, 47, of Hometown, was arrested about 3 a.m. Thursday in the 7200 block of Fairview Avenue on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license plate light and driving an uninsured vehicle. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Ryan Kennedy, 29, of Chicago, was arrested shortly before midnight Sunday on Lemont Road under the Interstate 55 overpass on charges of DUI, transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver, failure to carry a driver's license, disobeying a traffic signal and improper lane usage. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
Retail theft
- Candace Daniel-Page, 38, of Burr Ridge, was cited about 2 a.m. Saturday at Walmart, 2189 75th St., on a charge of retail theft. Police said she left in a silver car heading west on 75th Street. She was stopped in a parking lot in the 7500 block of 75th Street. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
Warrant
- Carlos Steele, 29, of Chicago, was arrested about 9 p.m. Saturday at 83rd Street and Woodward Avenue on a DeKalb County warrant charging failure to appear in court for a suspended license case. Police said he was stopped for speeding 48 mph in a 30 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
