2 Darien Men Charged With Domestic Battery: Cops

Both suspects were taken to the DuPage County Jail, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

Domestic battery

  • Anthony Spera, 58, of Darien, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 13 in the 6700 block of Crest Road on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • DeAndre Greer, 24, of Darien, was arrested about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 22 in the 8200 block of Woodland Drive on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

DUI

  • Julian Perez, 46, of Chicago, was arrested shortly before midnight Dec. 12 on North Frontage Road on charges of DUI, transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver, driving an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

Warrants

  • Lisa Hernandez, 50, of Chicago, was arrested about 6 a.m. Friday at Shell gas station, 8975 Lemont Road, on a Will County warrant charging driving with a suspended license. Police said she was slumped behind the wheel. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Terry Johnson, 29, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at 75th and Adams streets on a DuPage County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Johnson was released and given a date to appear in court.
