3 Darien Residents Arrested In Domestics
In another case, a tenant who refused to leave was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday afternoon. Here is information from the latest reports:
Domestic battery
- A 20-year-old man who lives in the 900 block of 69th Street in Darien was arrested about 12:30 p.m. Friday in the 7400 block of Clarendon Hills Road on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 56-year-old woman who lives in the 600 block of 71st Street in Darien was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Saturday at her house on a charge of domestic battery. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 33-year-old man who lives in the 2400 block of Marlborough Lane in Darien was arrested Sunday on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- The DuPage County Sheriff's Office tried to evict a tenant in the 7700 block of Wildwood Court, but was unsuccessful. Then, on the night of Dec. 6, Darien police were called about the tenant, a 56-year-old woman, because she was seen on camera damaging the owner's mailbox. She was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct and given a date to appear in court.
DUI
- A 43-year-old Naperville man was arrested about 3 a.m. Friday on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. An officer saw the man drifting from lane to lane without signaling in the 8000 block of Cass Avenue. The man was stopped in the parking lot of Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
Retail theft

- A 31-year-old Woodridge man was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Walmart, 2189 75th St., on a charge of retail theft. Police said he was seen under-scanning items at the self-checkout counter. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
