Darien Woman Charged With DUI, Other Offenses: Cops
She was arrested on the same charge last October, court records show. That case remains active.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police said they arrested four people on DUI charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports:
DUIs
- Monica Sami, 39, of Darien, was arrested about 4 a.m. Aug. 10 at 75th Street and Cass Avenue on charges of DUI, speeding, driving an uninsured car, disobeying a traffic control signal, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and transportation of alcohol. Police said they saw Sami speeding in a red BMX X3. They said she was clocked at 72 mph in a 45 mph and ran a stoplight. She was released and given a date to appear in court. She was arrested on a DUI charge last October in Darien, with police saying she was speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. That case remains active, according to online court records.
- Mark Wegrzyn, 46, of Woodridge, was arrested about 2 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 1400 block of 75th Street on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, open alcohol by a driver, expired registration and uninsured car. Police said they were called about a drunk person getting out of a blue Toyota at Darien Animal Clinic, 404 Plainfield Road. Wegrzyn was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Dylan Emory, 52, of Westmont, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Friday at Interstate 55 and Cass Avenue on charges of DUI, speeding and improper lane usage. Police said Emory was speeding 61 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Justin Aillon, 33, of Downers Grove, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Monday at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of 83rd Street on a charge of DUI. Police said they were called about someone in a parked car playing loud music. Aillon was seen in the car with its engine running, police said. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

- Mark Nasser, 51, of Darien, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 8000 block of Wildwood Lane on a traffic warrant charging failure to appear in court. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
