Pro-Police Flag And Sign Stolen In Darien: Report

DARIEN, IL — A "Back the Blue" flag and a blue line, pro-police flag were stolen from a house last week in Darien, according to a police report. The thefts occurred shortly after 4 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 7100 block of Walden Lane. The sign was removed from a front window, and the flag was stolen from near a tree, police said.

On Aug. 14, an American flag was removed from a front porch in Darien and then burned. An American flag also was reported stolen in Elmhurst last month.
