Repeat Darien Taco Bell Visitor Arrested: Cops
The man received a number of chances to leave the restaurant before he was arrested, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Employees at Darien's Taco Bell wanted a man to leave earlier this week, but he refused, so they called 911, police said.
When officers arrived Sunday evening, they found Jason Teffeteller, 47, eating in the dining room, according to a police report obtained through a public records request.
Employees said they asked Teffeteller a number of times to leave, saying he went by the restaurant at 7419 Cass Ave. every day and never wanted to go, the report said.

Teffeteller told the officers that he paid for his food and had not trespassed. An officer told him that Taco Bell had the right to refuse service and that he needed to leave, police said.
Teffeteller said he would stay to finish his food, unless the restaurant returned his money, police said.
An officer asked employees if they would return it. They said they would not, given he already ate what he paid for, according to the report.
The officers continued to tell Teffeteller that he needed to go. Instead, he repeatedly said "bye" to the officers, accusing them of harassing him, the report said.
Then the officers told Teffeteller that they would arrest him for trespassing. They told him to put his arms behind his back. But Teffeteller walked away and tried to stop the officers from handcuffing him, police said. Teffeteller said the officers were assaulting him.
He was charged with trespassing and resisting an officer. He was later released.
The report did not say what Teffeteller did to prompt the police call, given that he paid for his meal. Teffeteller's mugshot showed him wearing a sweatshirt that included an obscenity about women.
