Zion teen has led to a re-sentencing that keeps 65-year-old Karen Boehm in prison for six years. Despite a procedural error that voided her first sentence, the judge reimposed the same term after hearing about the victim's ongoing medical struggles and Boehm's attempts to shift blame.
   

• Macon County Fair Annual Harvest Festival to be held this weekend (wandtv.com) — Decatur families can head to the Macon County Fairgrounds this Friday through Sunday for the Annual Harvest Festival, featuring a haunted hayride, demolition derby, carnival rides, food trucks, and more. He received 12 months of conditional discharge with restrictions on alcohol and drug use, after being fired earlier this year following his arrest on West Eldorado Street.
