VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

• Gerald N. Zenko, 68, of the 10800 block of MacArthur Drive, Beach Park, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Dec. 5 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $300,000 and a court date of Dec. 16 was assigned.
• Alexander M. Lopez, 22, of the 4300 block of Clearview Drive, McHenry, had a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Dec. 8 in the McHenry. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Dec. 22 was assigned.

BATTERY

• Patrick M. Bass, 41, of the 400 block of Donin Drive, Antioch, is accused of battery, and was arrested Dec. 5 in the 26200 block of Route 173, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Jan. 4, 2023, was assigned.
• Robert C. Green, 36, of the 4500 block of W. Quill Lane, Waukegan, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested Dec. 7 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of Dec. 15 was assigned.

SPEEDING

Raul Perez-Garcia, 21, of the 800 block of Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (83 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Dec. 6 at Lewis and Carnahan avenues, Beach Park Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Leo R. Martin, 36, of the 600 block of Cummings Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Dec. 7 in the 36000 block of N. Grand Oaks Court, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Dec. 28 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Noel Armanov, 41, of the 1800 block of W. Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 7 in the 1900 block of Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Shalom Gago, 37, of the 200 block of Kenwood Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 8 at Grass Lake Road and Sibley Drive, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500.
• A 33-year-old Antioch resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 9 at Route 59 and Monaville Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Carlos H. Urbina, 36, of the 3600 block of W. Dickens Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 8 at Route 53 and Lake Cook Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 18, 2023, was assigned.
• Samuel Hernandez, 21, of the 36800 block of N. Elizabeth Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 9 in the Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Feb. 27, 2023, was assigned.
• Ivelisse E. Soto, 28, of the 200 block of Cavin Avenue, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 9 at 27th Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 11, 2023, was assigned.
• Richard R. Valimohammad, 40, of the 29000 block of N. Brassie Court, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 10 at Route 60 and Erhart Road, unincorporated Mundelein.
