$3M Bond For Burglary Warrant: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

Jonathan V. Tracy, 31, of the 27800 block of W. Ridge Road, Ingleside, is accused of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested Nov. 28 in the 27800 block of W. Ridge Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Nicholas Domenic, 34, of the 26800 block of Oak Street, unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Nov. 27 in unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of Dec. 7 was assigned.
• David Foss, 64, of the 21900 block of Old Farm Road, Deer Park, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 4 in Deer Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Dec. 20 was assigned.
• Raul J. Torres, 33, of the 19700 block of Grand Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Dec. 4 in the 26500 block of N. Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of Jan. 4, 2023, was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• A 27-year-old Waukegan resident is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Nov. 28 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• A 40-year-0ld Waukegan resident is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Dec. 1 at 33rd and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Charles R. Jochaniewicz, 43, of the 0-100 block of N. Lake Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 29 in the 26100 block of Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Dec. 19 was assigned.
• David Flores, III, 31, of the 700 block of S. Fulton Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, driving with suspended registration, and was arrested Nov. 29 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 13, 2023, was assigned.
• Andrew I. Ryou, 58, of the 100 block of E. Louis Avenue, Lake Forest, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, no insurance, and was arrested Nov. 30 at Routes 12 and 22, Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of Dec. 8 was assigned.
• Armando Fernandez, 44, of the 1800 block of N. Kedvale Street, Chicago, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of Dec. 6 was assigned.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

A warrant was obtained for Collin Hendrickson, 29, of the 1400 block of Baroque Avenue, Volo, for criminal trespass to property Nov. 30 in Volo. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Dec. 12 was assigned.

RETAIL THEFT

Davond Pipes, 45, of the 3100 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested Nov. 30 in the 39000 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Dec. 14 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Christian Vickers, 26, of the 800 block of Westmoreland Drive, Vernon Hills, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 1 at I-94 and Route 60, Mettawa. Bond was set at $1,500.

BURGLARY

Osana M. Shreve, 25, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of Kenosha County for burglary, and was arrested Dec. 1 ain the 39000 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3 million and a court date of Dec. 6 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• A 34-year-old unincorporated Antioch resident is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 1 at Route 173 and Deep Lake Road, Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500.
• A 33-year-0ld Hoffman Estates resident is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Route 60 and Wilson Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $2,000.

FLEEING AND ELUDING

Fernando Poblete, 27, of the 400 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant for fleeing and eluding, along with a new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested Dec. 1 at Greenwood and Forest avenues, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date of Dec. 29 was assigned.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Atsuhy D. Murphy, 45, of the 2100 block of Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Dec. 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,821,28 and a court date of Jan. 30, 2023, was assigned.
