Align Wellness Center Presents Weight Loss Challenge

Align Wellness Center in Northbrook will be holding registration for their “Weight Loss Challenge” contest, a two month lifestyle changing contest. 

Become the winner of the “Weight Loss Challenge” and win $50.00 and a 55 minute massage from Align Wellness Center.  The winner of the contest is for the contestant that loses the most pounds.  Even if you don’t have a lot of weight to lose and you just want to shape up, this contest is for you.

“We have run this program to help motivate people to live a healthier lifestyle, “said Dr. Gregg Gerstin of Align Wellness Center.  “Our goal is to help people take more steps in getting healthy.  Currently, over two thirds of our population is overweight or obese and we want to help change that.  Believe it or not that is two in three people. “

 Registration for the “Weight Loss Challenge” contest costs $25.00.  Interested participants must pre-register and have an initial weigh-in at Align Wellness Center between January 2^nd and January 15th. Contestants can work out on their own, with their personal trainer, with their nutritionist at their health club, with Weight Watchers, or with one of Align Wellness Center’s personal trainers.
