Arkansas Man Arrested In Lake County On Terroristic Act Warrant

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Arrests

Warrant Arrests

• Dreshaun C. Doyne, 23, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was arrested June 11 near Route 21 and Route 120 in unincorporated Gurnee on an Arkansas warrant for terroristic act. Detention and court information were listed as to be determined in Arkansas.
• Joshua P. Hayhurst, 23, with no permanent address, was arrested June 13 in the 31200 block of Route 45 in unincorporated Libertyville on a burglary warrant. Hayhurst was given pretrial release and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.
• Edward J. Sims, 19, of Waukegan, was arrested June 14 near Beach Road and Stewart Avenue in Beach Park on a Cook County warrant for weapon possession. Detention and court information were listed as to be determined in Cook County.
• Carlos Munos-Cardoso, 51, of unincorporated Mundelein, was arrested June 14 in the 18900 block of West Oak Avenue in unincorporated Mundelein on a DUI warrant. Munos-Cardoso was given pretrial release and is scheduled to appear in court July 1.

DUI

• Jorge T. Salgado, 25, of Waukegan, was arrested June 8 near Route 41 and Wadsworth Road in Wadsworth and charged with DUI alcohol and no driver’s license. Salgado was given pretrial release and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.
• Jose R. Munoz Murillo, 29, of unincorporated Grayslake, was arrested June 14 near Sunset Avenue and Green Bay Road in Waukegan and charged with DUI alcohol and no insurance. Munoz Murillo was given pretrial release and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

Reckless Driving

• Alan A. Rosales, 22, of Waukegan, was arrested June 13 near Sheridan Road and Beach Avenue in Beach Park and charged with reckless driving. Rosales was given pretrial release and assigned to branch court.
• Joshua Oviedo, 23, of Beach Park, was arrested June 13 near Sheridan Road and Beach Avenue in Beach Park and charged with reckless driving. Oviedo was given pretrial release and assigned to branch court.

Driving While License Suspended

• Julie L. Peterson, 55, of Hernando, Florida, was arrested June 9 near Fairfield Road and Old Monaville Road in unincorporated Lake Villa and charged with driving while license suspended. Peterson was given pretrial release and assigned to branch court.

Order Of Protection Violation

• Travis S. Garrett, 39, of Lake Villa, was arrested June 12 in the 36900 block of North Terry Drive East in unincorporated Lake Villa and charged with violating an order of protection. Garrett was given pretrial release and is scheduled to appear in court June 18.
