Hilary Colbert-Grant, 29, of the 500 block of Lakehurst Road, Waukegan, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested April 10 in the 500 block of Lakehurst Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of May 12 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Dandrick L. Jones, 24, of the 1200 block of Bellows Way, Volo, is accused of driving while license suspended, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested April 10 at Route 59 and Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Fernando Arando, 41, of the 1500 block of W. Monroe Street, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (67 mph in a 35 mph zone), open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 10 at Lewis and Beach avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 24 was assigned.
  • Yeral A. Gonzalez-Espinales, 31, of the 7700 block of E. Tryon Grove Road, Richmond, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 14 at Rollins and Helendale roads, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
  • Christopher F. Gallimore, 43, of the 2000 block of W. Eagle Ridge Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested April 14 at Stanton Point and Central roads, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
  • Erin K. Reilly, 33, of the 7000 block of S. Stratton Lane, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested April 15 at Route 45 and Casey Road, unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
  • Alma-Kay Guzman, 60, of the 2700 block of N. Evergreen Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 15 at North and Ridgeland avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 17 was assigned.

BRINGING CONTRABAND INTO A PENAL INSTITUTION

Stacy R. McKiernan, 45, of the 0-100 block of Juel Circle, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of bringing contraband into a penal institution, and was arrested April 11 at Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $300,000 and a court date of May 11 was assigned.

Xochilt J. Garcia-Rivas, 25, of the 6100 block of Lebanon Avenue, Zion, is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, improper transportation of cannabis, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 11 in the 39300 block of N. Carol Lane, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 17 was assigned.

RETAIL THEFT

Ernest S. Garner, 39, of the 2900 block of Eschol Avenue, Zion, is accused of retail theft, obstructing identification, and was arrested April 12 in the 38400 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 10 was assigned.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Laurence T. Miller, 37, of the 2100 block of Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for residential burglary, driving while license suspended, and was arrested April 13, in the 38900 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of April 19 was assigned.

BATTERY

  • Kyle J. Harrison, 31, of the 26100 block of W. Reed Street, Ingleside, is accused of battery, and was arrested April 15 in the 26100 block of W. Reed Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 22 was assigned.
  • Christopher D. Larsen, 54, of the 26100 block of W. Reed Street, Ingleside, is accused of battery, and was arrested April 15 in the 26100 block of W. Reed Street, Ingleside. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 22 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Aleksandra Chepa, 36, of the 0-100 block of Falcon Drive, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested April 16 in the 0-100 block of Falcon Drive, Hawthorn Woods. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of April 27 was assigned.
