  • Two juveniles are accused of burglary, and were arrested May 2 in the 41000 block of N. Route 83, unincorporated Antioch.
  • Earl L. Glenn, 31, of the 1800 block of Ridgeway Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant out of Cook County for burglary, and was arrested May 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $200,000 and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

RETAIL THEFT

Jacqueline M. Luzell, 38, of the 4200 block of Cattail Run, Gurnee, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested May 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 13 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

James R. Fitzgerald, 59, of the 2300 block of Honore Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, had a warrant for a parole violation, and was arrested May 2 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 11 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Dustin B. Dodge, 41, of the 27400 block of N. Roberts Lane, Island Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 2 at Routes 12 and 176, Wauconda. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 15 was assigned.
  • Sun Mata El Roozani, 45, of the 0-100 block of S. Treehouse Lane, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 8 at Wadsworth Road and Winchester Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 1 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Daniel T. Puhl, 43, of Burlington, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, overweight on registration, and was arrested May 4 at Route 12 and Volo Village Road, Volo. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Tiana S. Mohn, 30, of the 10200 block of W. Chaney Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 7 at Lewis Avenue and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Shanida L. Anthony, 28, of the 14800 block of N. Maplewood Avenue, Harvey, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 7 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Emilia Molina, 28, of the 36000 block of W. Grand Oaks Court, unincorporated Gurnee, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 4 in the 18500 block of Woodland Terrace, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 20 was assigned.

BATTERY

Michael A. Ward, 33, of the 300 block of Havenwood Drive, Round Lake, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 6 in the 344000 block of N. Route 45, Third Lake.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Angie Novy, 41, of Volo, is accused of aggravated domestic battery involving strangulation, disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 7 in Volo. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of May 10 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alexis L. Alverio, 39, of the 500 block of N. Clinton Street, Chicago, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested May 7 in the 6500 block of Salem Court, Long Grove. Bond was set at $75,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
