Warrant Arrests

• Ekaterina Maiorova, 46, of Mundelein, is accused of a warrant arrest for retail theft out of DuPage County, following an arrest June 16 in the 0-100 block of County Street, Waukegan.
• Kenneth P. Ross, 62, of Evanston, is accused of a warrant arrest for burglary out of McHenry County, following an arrest June 16 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan.
• Jose C. Vera, 33, of Waukegan, is accused of a warrant arrest for violating an order of protection, following an arrest June 16 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan.
• Eduardo Chavez, 34, of Chicago, is accused of a warrant arrest for DUI, following an arrest June 17 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan.
• Eldon Rivelli, 43, of unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of a warrant arrest for domestic battery and criminal damage to property out of McHenry County, following an arrest June 18 in the 26800 block of Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein.

Driving Under The Influence

• Arturo Alfaro-Ramirez, 53, of Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated DUI and a warrant arrest for aggravated DUI, following an arrest June 16 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Round Lake.
• Sergio Cervantes, 30, of Round Lake Heights, is accused of DUI-alcohol, reckless driving and open transportation of alcohol, following an arrest June 17 at Route 60 and Route 120, Volo.
• Maggie B. Dudek, 27, of Highland Park, is accused of a warrant arrest for DUI, following an arrest June 18 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan.
• Roman Kulik, 56, of Des Plaines, is accused of aggravated DUI, no insurance and leaving the scene of a crash, following an arrest June 19 at Route 12 and Quentin Road, Deer Park.
• Thomasine D. Fry, 45, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI-alcohol and no insurance, following an arrest June 19 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth.
• Karina Rivera, 41, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI-alcohol, no insurance, suspended registration and open transportation of alcohol, following an arrest June 19 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park.
• Kelly J. Lanciloti, 61, of Beach Park, is accused of aggravated DUI, aggravated driving while license suspended and open transportation of alcohol, following an arrest June 20 at Wadsworth Road and Gabriel Avenue, Beach Park.
• Evelyn Rueda, 31, of Waukegan, is accused of DUI-alcohol, aggravated speeding, driving while license suspended, endangering the life or health of a child, open transportation of alcohol and no insurance, following an arrest June 20 at Green Bay Road and Sallmon Avenue, Beach Park. The sheriff's office said the aggravated speeding charge involved driving 85 mph in a 45 mph zone.
• Jeffry M. Ocic, 60, of Westchester, is accused of DUI-alcohol, following an arrest June 21 at Route 53 and Lake-Cook Road, Long Grove.

Traffic Charges

• Ihor Zdrenyk, 34, of Vernon Hills, is accused of no driver's license and no registration, following an arrest June 17 at Route 60 and Riverwoods Boulevard, Mettawa.
• Juan M. Andrev, 50, of Buffalo Grove, is accused of aggravated driving while license revoked, following an arrest June 17 at Old McHenry Road and Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove.

Battery, Disorderly Conduct And Damage To Property

• Miriam J. Argueta, 41, of Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, following an arrest June 19 in the 10100 block of West Crissy Avenue, Beach Park.
• Izell Moseley, 26, of Zion, is accused of criminal damage to property, following an arrest June 19 at Wakefield Drive and Melbourne Court, Beach Park.
• Cristian A. Yarbrough, 30, of unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of aggravated battery and domestic battery, following an arrest June 21 in the 34400 block of North Almond Road, unincorporated Gurnee.
