Child Molestation Warrant Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

ARRESTS

DEFRAUDING A DRUG SCREENING TEST

Richard T. Lambert, 55, of the 39000 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park, is accused of defrauding a drug screening test, and was arrested July 3 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was to be determined at the time of the report and a court date of July 13 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Steven W. Garrett, 53, of the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 3 in the 31200 block of N. Route 45, unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 14 was assigned.
• Sandra M. Snyder, 46, of the 33600 block of N. Royal Oak Lane, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested July 4 in the 33600 block of N. Royal Oak Court, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $35,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Jonathan D. Torkleson, 27, of the 1000 block of Sheridan Road, Winthrop Harbor, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested July 6 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.
• Darnell L. Springs, 54, of the 500 block of Pine Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested July 9 at Sheridan Road and W. Oak Forrest Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $200,000 and a court date of July 14 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Sarah E. Anderson, 28, of the 4400 block of N. Lockwood Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested July 3 in the 800 block of S. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Sept. 14 was assigned.
• Patrick J. Beeter, 56, of the 23000 block of Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested July 3 in the 23000 block of Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 25 was assigned.
• Keith A. Bares, Jr., 54, of the 23600 block of N. High Ridge Road, unincorporated Lake Zurich, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 4 at Main Street and Ivanhoe Road, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 8 was assigned.
• Sharecka M. Wallace, 41, of the 2200 block of Galilee Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested July 6 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.
• Margarita Y. Garduno-Mereles, 36, of the 2300 block of Comanche Court, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested July 6 at Yorkhouse Road and Geraghty Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 16 was assigned.
• Edward L. Dapier, 49, of the 600 block of Vine Avenue, Highland Park, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested July 9 at Route 176 and Stritch Drive, Mundelein. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 16 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Zonia Sancen, 47, of the 1000 block of Ellisworth Drive, Grayslake, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 3 in the 27700 block of W. Grass Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Sept. 9 was assigned.
• Jennifer Ochoa Mariscal, 23, of the 300 block of McKinley Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 9 in the 18500 block of W. Main Street, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.

Jason D. Munkacsy, 51, of the 37200 block of Route 83, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of DuPage County for traffic offenses, and was arrested July 4 in the 37200 block of Route 83, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• Kyle Abrell, 31, of the 7600 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Medinah, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 4 at Grass Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.
• James M. Morvay, 70, of the 34700 block of N. Nokomis Trail, McHenry, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 8 at Pistakee Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

BATTERY

• William Servin, Jr., 26, of the 800 block of Flossmoor Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested July 5 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond and he was being held on other charges. A court date of July 11 was assigned.
• Victor M. Ramirez, 27, of the 1300 block of Fieldstone Drive, Belvidere, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested July 5 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges. A court date of Aug. 10 was assigned.
• Rishon Travers, 34, no permanent address, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 6 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges. A court date of July 26 was assigned.
• Jennyfer Nevarez-Cervantes, 24, of the 700 block of Court of Birch, Vernon Hills, is accused of battery, and was arrested July 6 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as she is being held on other charges. A court date of July 12 was assigned.
• Juan P. Razo-Sosa, 23, of the 600 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, and was arrested July 6 at the Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was being held on other charges. A court date of July 13 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Sean K. Haran, 34, of the 40900 block of N. Darrow Drive, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 5 in the 40900 block of N. Darrow Drive, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Rafaela Perez, 25, of the 2300 block of Elim Avenue, Zion, had a warrant out of Cook County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested July 7 in the 200 block of Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Christian R. Franks, 30, of the 4200 block of Jay Drive, Zion, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license revoked, and was arrested July 8 in the 4200 block of Jay Drive, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED CHILD MOLESTATION

Richard T. Goolsby, 18, of Macon, Georgia, had a warrant out of Bibb County, Georgia, for aggravated child molestation, and was arrested July 5 in the 500 block of Decatur Avenue, North Chicago. Bond was set at $5 million and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

IDENTITY THEFT

Natasha Y. Memi, 32, of the 300 block of Green Briar Lane, Vernon Hills, had a warrant for aggravated identity theft, and was arrested July 6 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $25,00o0 and a court date of Aug. 17 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF METH

Tyler J. Johnson, 31, of Salem, Wisconsin, is accused of possession of meth, and was arrested July 6 in the 38400 block of Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT

Jason P. Dolinar 48, of the 17600 block of Horseshoe Lane, Gurnee, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, driving recklessly toward a pedestrian, and was arrested July 6 at Almond Road and Washington Street, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Tyler A. Bowie, 27, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to a residence, and was arrested July 7 in the 17800 block of W. Big Oaks Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.
