Henry M. Yates, 21, of the 1000 block of Glenn Drive, North Chicago, had a warrant for manufacturing/delivery of cannabis, and was arrested June 26 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $75,000 and a court date of Aug. 1 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Elizabeth A. Davis, 21, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant out of Cook County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested June 26 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. No bond was granted, and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Bradley D. Anderson, 32, of the 400 block of Route 173, Antioch, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested June 26 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 25 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Tyler J. Ruefer, 32, of the 18800 block of W. Old Plank Road, unincorporated Grayslake, had a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested June 26 in the 1800 block of Country Drive, Grayslake. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 4 was assigned.
  • Kyle L. McCasland, 23, of the 3400 block of Florida Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 26 in the 2900 block of 27th Street, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.
  • Curtis Carlson, 25, of the 22000 block of Calvin Drive, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested June 26 at Grass Lake Road and Drexel Boulevard, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.
  • Isabel E. Rodriguez, 24,of the 3400 block of 13th Street, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested June 27 at 29th Street and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 14 was assigned.
  • Felix N. Pelico-Chanchavac, 23, of the 14300 block of Old School Road, unincorporated Libertyville, is accused of DUI with alcohol, and was arrested June 27 at Route 176 and Baker Road Green Oaks. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.
  • Karen L. Vazquez-Cruz, 26, of the 400 block of N. Pershing Avenue, Mudelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 1 at Brown and Ivanhoe roads, unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 16 was assigned.
  • Kevin C. Kaminski, 48, of the 36300 block of Wesley Road, Ingleside, is accused of DUI with alcohol, and was arrested July 1 at Route 59 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was assigned.
  • Michael C. Childs, 51, of Hannibal, Missouri, is accused of DUI with alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 2 in the 21600 block of Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 16.

TRAFFIC OFFENSES

Brett A. Ninedorf, 51, of the 15500 block of Route 60, Mettawa, had a warrant out of McHenry County for traffic offenses, and was arrested June 26 in the 14500 block of Rockland Road, Green Oaks. Bond was set at $7,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Tawhan S. Brown, 21, of the 2000 block of Georgetown Lane, Waukegan, had a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested June 27 in the 200 block of W. Water Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $300,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

  • Marcin Mazur, 47, of the 34400 block of N. Converse Lane, Ingleside, is accused of aggravated driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested June 27 at Nippersink Road and Fish Lake Road, Ingleside. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of July 5 was assigned.
  • Amanda M. McClaughry, 43, of the 0-100 block of Tremont Street, Fox Lake, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license revoked, a new charge of obstructing identification, and was arrested June 27 at 5th and Rowe avenues, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $20,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Matthew Aronson, 25, of the 4100 block of Bitternut Lane, Gurnee, had a warrant out of DuPage County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested June 29 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Oscar Duran-Ramirez, 34, of the 6200 block of N. Mozart Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license revoked, had a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and was arrested June 29 at Route 176 and St. Mary's Road, Green Oaks. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 12 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY A FELON

William R. Hargett, 56, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 28 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 21 was assigned.

THEFT

Ahmir A. Muhammad, 21, of the 2800 block of W. Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Cook County for theft, and was arrested June 29 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. There was no bond and a future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Lynn A. Celing, 66, no permanent address, had a warrant for aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested June 29 in the 1400 block of Belvidere Road, Grayslake. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 5 was assigned.

FORGERY

Jessica C. Garlock, 27, of the 38400 block of 4th Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant for forgery, possession of stolen property, and was arrested June 29 in the 38400 block of 4th Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of July 27 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Jack O. Pysz, 42, of the 400 block of S. Kenilworth Avenue, Elmhurst, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 29 in the 37600 block of N. Frank Court, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of Aug. 21 was assigned.
  • Matthew T. Traxler, 27, of the 2000 block of E. Mulberry Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of disorderly conduct, obstructing identification, and was arrested June 30 in the 0-100 block of Lake Front Drive, unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

  • Brian A. Bernota, 60, of the 1000 block of N. Fairfield Road, Round Lake Beach, is accused of violating an order of protection, resisting arrest, and was arrested June 29 in the 35000 block of N. Augustana Avenue, Ingleside. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 7 was assigned.
  • Luis A. Maganda, 39, of the 26200 block of N. Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 2 in the 26200 block of N. Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $100,000 and a court date of July 13 was assigned.

THREATENING OF A PUBLIC OFFICIAL

Scott D. Hernandez, 38, of the 3100 block of 21st Street, North Chicago, is accused of threatening a public official, disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 30 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of July 7 was assigned.

RECKLESS NEGLIGENCE OF A CHILD

Destiny E. Fermaint, 20, of the 3800 block of Tickseed Drive, Zion, had a warrant out of Coryell, Texas, for reckless negligence of a child, and was arrested June 30 in the 9900 block of Mawman Avenue, Beach Park. No bond was granted and a future court date in Texas was to be determined at the time of the report.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Malorie R. Frederick, 39, of the 100 block of N. Wynstone Drive, North Barrington, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested July 1, in the 100 block of N. Wynstone Drive, North Barrington. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of July 6 was assigned.
  • Miguel A. Dominguez-Corzo, 53, of the 200 block of Newhouse Lane, Round Lake Park, is accused of domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and was arrested July 1 in the 19000 block of Route 137, unincorporated Libertyville. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of July 6 was assigned.

BURGLARY

Carly L. Harris, 40, of the 1400 block of Johnson Drive, Buffalo Grove, had a warrant of burglary, and was arrested July 2 in the 1000 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Wheeling. There was no bond and Harris was assigned a court date of July 5.
