Child Pornography Warrant, Battery To Officers: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
Other arrests involved domestic battery, DUI, animal cruelty and alleged violations of court orders.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and court records as a record of police activity, including arrests made by deputies and warrants served or obtained.
Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and may be dropped or reduced. Everyone charged is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
CHILD PORNOGRAPHY WARRANT
Lucas A. Wayne, 18, of Antioch, was the subject of a warrant obtained July 27 on a charge of possession of child pornography.

The Sheriff’s Office listed his detention status and court information as pending.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO OFFICERS
Ivan Dominguez, 45, of Zion, was arrested July 29 in unincorporated Zion and charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and aggravated cruelty to an animal.

Dominguez was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 5 court date.
Beaulivea Greene, 42, of Macomb, was arrested July 31 near Route 83 and Gilmer Road in Long Grove.
Greene was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer. Greene was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 20 court date.
DOMESTIC BATTERY, COURT-ORDER CASES
Jonathan T. Markocki, 25, who was listed as having no permanent address, was arrested July 30 in unincorporated Deerfield on a warrant involving aggravated assault and domestic battery charges.
Markocki was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 7 court appearance.
Michelle A. Moran, 38, of unincorporated Antioch, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with domestic battery.
Moran was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 4 court date.
Breon R. Pitts, 30, of Beach Park, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with domestic battery. Pitts was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 17 court date.
Carlos Ramirez-Lopez, 46, of unincorporated Lake Bluff, was arrested July 29 in unincorporated Grayslake.
Ramirez-Lopez was charged with violating an order of protection and criminal trespass to a residence. He was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 10 court appearance.
Dawn G. McManis, 56, of Poplar Grove, was arrested July 28 in Wadsworth and charged with violating a no-stalking order, electronic harassment and disorderly conduct.
McManis was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 27 court date.
Sebastian A. Wilkosz, 34, of Wauconda, was arrested July 29 near Gilmer and Ellis roads in Volo on a McHenry County warrant alleging a violation of a no-contact or no-stalking order. His detention and court information were listed as pending in McHenry County.
DUI ARRESTS
Laura Valencia Sanchez, 26, of Waukegan, was arrested July 28 near Yorkhouse Road and North Avenue in Beach Park.
She was charged with aggravated DUI and driving without insurance. Sanchez was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 24 court appearance.
Brendan J. Sink, 23, of Waukegan, was arrested July 29 in unincorporated Gurnee and charged with DUI involving alcohol, reckless driving and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Sink was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 12 court date.
Sebastian L. Luna, 31, of unincorporated Gurnee, was arrested July 30 near Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads in Beach Park.
Luna was charged with DUI involving alcohol and unlawful open transportation of alcohol. He was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 26 court date.
WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Mark C. Wenzel, 67, of unincorporated Antioch, was arrested July 31 on the Fox River and charged with operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol.
Wenzel was granted pretrial release and assigned a Sept. 2 court date.
BURGLARY, RETAIL THEFT WARRANTS
Joshua P. Hayhurst, 23, of unincorporated Libertyville, was arrested July 28 on a burglary warrant in unincorporated Libertyville.
Hayhurst was detained in the Lake County Jail pending an Aug. 26 court date.
Daniel F. Sanchez-Saenz, 24, of Arlington Heights, was arrested July 28 in the 300 block of Washington Street in Waukegan on a retail theft warrant.
Sanchez-Saenz was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 18 court date.
CRASH-RELATED WARRANTS AND CHARGES
Emilio Nepomuceno, 32, of Melrose Park, was arrested July 30 near Route 41 and Kelly Road in Wadsworth on a Cook County warrant alleging leaving the scene of a crash.
His detention and court information were listed as pending in Cook County.
Fernando J. Bahena, 30, of Gurnee, was arrested Aug. 2 near Route 45 and Gages Lake Road in unincorporated Grayslake and charged with leaving the scene of a crash.
Bahena was granted pretrial release and referred to branch court.
LICENSE OFFENSES
Ricardo Genaro, 27, of Mundelein, was arrested July 30 near Route 22 and Kelsey Road in Lake Barrington and charged with driving with a revoked license.
Genaro was granted pretrial release and referred to branch court.
Aeris A. Lassek, 20, of unincorporated Antioch, was arrested July 31 on a LaSalle County warrant alleging driving with a suspended license. Detention and court information were listed as pending in LaSalle County.
OTHER WARRANT ARRESTS
Dashawana C. Judd, 32, of Waukegan, was arrested July 27 in Park City on a contempt-of-court warrant. Bond was set at $1,000, with an Aug. 10 court date.
Dhmani W. Patton, 27, of Winthrop Harbor, was arrested July 28 in Waukegan on a probation-violation warrant. Patton was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 26 court date.
Tristen Barrett Lloyd, 36, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, was arrested July 28 in Waukegan on a contempt-of-court charge. Bond was set at $1,500, with a Sept. 10 court date.
Roosevelt Harris, 60, of Zion, was arrested July 31 near Sheridan and Wadsworth roads in Beach Park on an assault warrant. Harris was granted pretrial release and assigned a Sept. 8 court date.
Adreean T. Williams, 18, of Fox Lake, was arrested July 31 near Route 45 and Sand Lake Road in Lindenhurst on a criminal-damage-to-property warrant. Williams was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 19 court date.
Jonathan Scott Marrone, 40, of Salem, Wisconsin, was arrested Aug. 1 in Wadsworth on a warrant alleging unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Marrone was granted pretrial release and assigned an Aug. 20 court date.
