Cop On A Rooftop 2025: Where To Find Officers In Deerfield

DEERFIELD, IL — Officers from the Deerfield Police Department will be staking out the rooftop of two local Dunkin' Donuts locations Friday, May 16, as part of the 22nd annual Cop on a Rooftop event. Money is being raised for the Law Enforcement Torch Run and will benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

Local officers can be spotted from 5 a.m. to noon atop Dunkin' Donuts at the following location:

• 499 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield

According to the event's website, more than $10 million has been raised in Illinois since the event began.

For those that can't make it out to a Dunkin' on Friday, donating directly through the site will guarantee 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Illinois.
