Deerfield Harvest Fest Marks First Day Of Fall

Enjoy music, food, drinks and the village's annual bags tournament Saturday at the train station

DEERFIELD, IL - From the Village of Deerfield: Save the date for Deerfield's annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, September 22 at Deerfield Road and Park Avenue from 5:30-9 p.m.

The morning of the event will kick-off at the Farmers Market from 7 a.m.-12:30 p.m. In addition to fruit, vegetables, plants and specialty foods, there will be kids’ activities from 8 a.m.-noon including Touch-A-Truck, balloons, face painting and more.

Harvest Fest gates open at 5:30 p.m. – admission is free. The event will feature the following:

  • Live music from local band Not for Profit from 6-9 p.m.
  • Free chicken "taqos" and lemonade by City Barbeque
  • Cakes and coffee for purchase from Nothing Bundt Cakes
  • Wine, craft beer and water available for purchase – alcohol available to ages 21 and older only
  • Annual Bags Tournament (online pre-registration required)
