Deerfield Holiday Tree Lighting 2018
The 5th annual downtown tree lighting ceremony is set for 4 p.m. Wednesday.
From Village of Deerfield: Kick-off the holiday season with complimentary treats and entertainment while we light up Downtown Deerfield at the 5th annual Downtown Lighting Ceremony! This free, family-friendly event is from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, at Deerfield Village Centre Plaza between Starbucks and Bobby’s (675 Deerfield Road).Join Mayor Rosenthal, the DBR Chamber of Commerce and local businesses as downtown Deerfield is lit up with white lights for the 2018 holiday season.
Complimentary treats and beverages, including dog treats, will be provided by Starbucks, PetPeople, Seta Salon and KidSnips. Musical entertainment will be performed by Bill Robinson & Friends and his hammered dulcimer - kids are invited to give it a try!
Mayor Rosenthal will plug in the lights at 5 p.m., but arrive early with your family and friends for the festivities. Space can fill up quickly!
