Michael W. Cook, 31, of the 1100 block of Pheasant Run, Zion, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 14 in the 1100 block of Pheasant Run, Zion. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 4.
RETAIL THEFT

Tyrus P. Kavanaugh, 48, of the 1100 block of Piccolo Lane, Volo, had a warrant out of Kane County for retail theft, and was arrested Oct. 14 in the 1100 block of Piccolo Lane, Volo. A future court date in Kane County was to be determined at the time of the report.
BATTERY
Cynthia F. Haynes, 59, of the 800 block of Ollie Court, Carpentersville, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 16 in the 18000 block of Gages Lake Road, unincorporated Grayslake. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 13.
BURGLARY
Joshua P. Hayhurst, 21, of the 41400 block of N. Route 83, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant for burglary, and was arrested Oct. 16 at Route 59 and Columbia Bay Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 6.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY
- Willie Wright, 52, no permanent address, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Oct. 16 in the 34200 block of N. Route 45, Third Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 7.
- Shanika L. Heichelbech, 34, of the 1000 block of 8th Street, Waukegan, is accused of criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Oct. 16 in the 34200 block of N. Route 45, Third Lake. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 27.
AGGRAVATED SPEEDING
- Cody R. Nibbe, 21, of the 1800 block of E. Main Street, Danville, is accused of aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 18 at Route 59 and Monaville Road, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released following his arrest.
- Edmanuel Flores, 19, of the 1800 block of Nicole Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 18 at Rollins Road and Wood Street, Round Lake Beach. He was released following his arrest.
- Jesus S. Ortega, 26, of the 900 block of Ronald Terrace, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 18 at Rollins Road and Wood Street, Round Lake Beach. He was released following his arrest.
- Louis A. Vega, 34, of the 36600 block of Lawrence Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of aggravated speeding (87 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), and was arrested Oct. 19 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released following his arrest.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED
Jorge Gutierrez Esponda, 51, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, passing a loading/unloading school bus, and was arrested Oct. 18 at Routes 41 and 173, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Jacqueline Gutierrez, 24, of the 2100 block of Eschol Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Oct. 19 in the 12100 block of Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 27.
- David P. Braun, 63, no permanent address, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 20 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.
