Jose R. Munoz-Murillo, 27, of the 33800 block of Oak Street, unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of child neglect, and was arrested Oct. 7 in the 33800 block of Oak Street, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 6.

Pearl Tia, 51, of the 3000 block of Route 120, Waukegan, had a warrant out of Wisconsin for being a fugitive from justice, and was arrested Oct. 8 in the 3000 block of Route 120, Waukegan. A future court date in Wisconsin was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Jerome Hawkins, 45, of the 3300 block of Walnut Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 8 at Delany Road and Elms Street, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
  • Maria D. Martinez, 40, of the 2900 block of 29th Street, Zion, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 8 at Delany Road and Elms Street, Wadsworth. She was released following her arrest.
  • Armond S. Phillips, 33, of the 800 block of McAllister Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 10 at Route 41 and Deerpath Road, Lake Forest. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
  • James Charleston, 64, of the 300 block of Genese Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Yorkhouse Road and Manor Avenue, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Fletcher J. Alpin, 29, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 8 at Route 173 and Hunt Club Road, Old Mill Creek. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 6.
  • Renne A. Zamora, 41, of the 900 block of Sioux Drive, Round Lake Heights, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Fairfield Road and Black Cherry Lane, Ingleside. Zamora was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
  • Roman Flores-Sanchez, 51, of the 2600 block of Bonnie Brook Lane, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Route 120 and Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
  • Anthony D. Urete-Laguna, 22, of the 100 block of S. Park Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Green Bay Road and Washington Street, Waukegan.
  • Doris M. Garcia-Castro, 67, of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI drugs, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 13 at Route 173 and Hunt Club Drive, Old Mill Creek. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 22.
  • Joshua P. Robles, 29, of the 400 block of Berwick Road, Waukegan, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested Oct. 12 at McAree and Yorkhouse roads, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.
  • Elias R. Chavez, 18, of the 1200 block of Oboe Court, Wheeling, is accused of DUI alcohol, no driver's license, no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 12 at Route 12 and Bailey Lane, unincorporated Lake Zurich. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Arthur J. Scarbough, 23, of the 3000 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 9 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Oct. 15.
  • Julizza A. Ayala 25, of the 1700 block of Chestnut Drive, Waukegan, had a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 12 at McAree and Yorkhouse roads, Waukegan. They were released and assigned a court date of Nov. 20.

BATTERY

  • Anthony P. Shields, 20, of the 21200 block of W. Engle Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 9 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 18.
  • Ivan Jimenez-Rosendo, 20, of the 100 block of N. Victory Street, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 9 at the Lake County Jail. He was being held there on other charges at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of Nov. 12.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

William C. Jones, 68, of the 1800 block of Elizabeth Avenue, North Chicago, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Route 120 and Green Bay Road, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 7.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Alexander Gomez-Fuentes, 20, of the 0-100 block of Wildwood Court, Vernon Hills, is accused of having a suspended registration, no insurance, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Route 60 and Fairway Drive, Vernon Hills. He was released following his arrest.

RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER

James A. Dinino, 33, of the 2100 block of Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, had a warrant out of DuPage County for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Oct. 11 in the 36100 block of N. New Bridge Court, unincorporated Gurnee. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
