Drunken Boater Arrested At Nippersink Lake: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Megan A. Miskinis, 34, of the 300 block of Belle Plaine Avenue, Gurnee, had a warrant for aggravated battery, domestic battery, and was arrested June 23 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of July 24.

Anthony J. Pelini, 54, of the 100 block of Pheasant Road, Matteson, had a warrant for unlawful recording, and was arrested June 24 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 16.

RETAIL THEFT

Krzysztof Kowalczyk, 65, of the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, had a warrant for retail theft, and was arrested June 24 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of July 15.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Darrell D. Davis, 29, of the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested June 24 in the 38700 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of July 30.
  • Eduardo Martinez, 26, of the 200 block of Brougham Drive, Wheeling, had a warrant for DUI alcohol, and was arrested June 25 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
  • Tyler M. Cotterman, 28, of the 2700 block of Eschol Avenue, Zion, is accused of DUI alcohol, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, no insurance, and was arrested June 25 at Windjammer Lane and Starboard Court, Third Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of July 29.

FLEEING TO ELUDE

Isaiah G. Miller, 27, of the 1700 block of Lincoln Street, Chicago, had a warrant for fleeing to elude, driving while license suspended, and was arrested June 25 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of July 16 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

  • Keshon J. Dobine, 24, of the 11900 block of S. Eggston Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested June 25 in the 300 block of Greenleaf Street, Park City. He was released and assigned a court date of July 30.
  • Jose. L. Paniagua, 24, of the 2100 block of Grove Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested June 26 at Sheridan Road and Howard Avenue, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Raul Tolentino Gonzalez, 30, of the 200 block of Highwood Avenue, Highwood, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving while registration suspended, no insurance, and was arrested June 27 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Micaila L. Kline, 21, of the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake, had a warrant for violating an order of protection, and was arrested June 26 in the 34100 block of N. Wineberry Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of July 3.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

John A. Rivas, 20, of the 200 block of Oakwood Drive, Antioch, had a warrant for criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested June 27 in the 200 block of Oakwood Drive, Antioch. He was released and assigned a court date of July 9.

OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Darreld Sek, 63, of the 700 block of Quassey Avenue, Lake Bluff, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 28 at Nippersink Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 6.
