Drunken Driver Attempts To Buy Cocaine: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The Wisconsin woman was arrested in Antioch, according to police.

Jeffrey D. Nixon, 49, of the 700 block of N. Cedarwood Avenue, Round Lake Heights, had a warrant for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated fleeing to elude, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 40800 block of N. Douglas Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. A court date of Jan. 30 was assigned.

Norman R. Heydenburg, 60, of the 900 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Wheeling, had a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Jan. 6 in the 900 block of Milwaukee Avenue, unincorporated Wheeling. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Kenneth S. Palmer, 47, of the 500 block of W. Madison Street, Waukegan, had a warrant out of McLean County for driving under the influence, and was arrested Jan. 7 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in McLean County was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Sarah Lynne Miller, 36, of Salem Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, attempted possession of cocaine, and was arrested Jan. 7 at Route 173 and Tiffany Road, Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.
- Stephen Grembla, 56, of the 25600 block of W. Raska Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of aggravated DUI alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 8 in the 25100 block of W. Columbia Bay Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 10.
- Quentin B. Carter, 40, of the 2900 block of Crescent Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 10 at Green Bay Road and Southview Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 3.
- Julius D. White, 40, of the 1200 block of Blackburn Street, Gurnee, is accused of aggravated DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 10 at Green Bay and Yorkhouse roads, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Sammy W. Grabarski, III, 30, of Bristol, Wisconsin, is accused of DUI alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 10 at Routes 22 and 83, Long Grove. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 26.
- Isaiah L. White, 42, of the 1300 block of Judge Place, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated DUI, aggravated driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 11 at Adam and Delany roads, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 11.
RESISTING A PEACE OFFICER
Cesar D. Orozco, 34, of the 23600 block of Route 83, unincorporated Mundelein, had a warrant for resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Jan. 7 in the 20200 block of N. Rand Road, Deer Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 6.

RECKLESS DRIVING
Axel A. Santiago-Zepeda, 24, of the 500 block of Meadow Green Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of reckless driving, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 8 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. He was released following his arrest.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Shiane Carter, 26, of the 400 block of Filweber Court, Antioch, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Jan. 9 at Route 59 and Beach Grove Road, unincorporated Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 17.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
- Dino Acquaviva, 51, of the 600 block of Thompson Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, had a warrant for disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested Jan. 10 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 6.
- Jessica D. Willemarck, 35, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Jan. 10 in the 410000 block of 2nd Street, unincorporated Antioch. She was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 17.
BATTERY
Jacob M. Prizer, 67, of the 1000 block of Ridge Road, Highland Park, is accused of battery, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Jan. 10 in the 28700 block of N. Waukegan Road, unincorporated Lake Bluff. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 12.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE
Elizabeth M. Tiskevich, 34, of the 500 block of Cedar Lake Road, Lake Villa, is accused of unlawful possession of cocaine, had a warrant for forgery, and was arrested Jan. 12 at Cedar Lake Road and Country Walk Drive, Lake Villa. She was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report. Tiskevich was assigned a court date of Jan. 14.
