Unlawful Restraint Arrest Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

The unincorporated Antioch man was also charged with several other crimes following his arrest last week, according to police.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Guadalupe B. Jacobo, 24, of the 900 block of W. Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 30 at Riverwoods and Everett roads, Mettawa. Jacobo was released following the arrest.
  • Elijas J. Castrejon, 29, of the 10700 block of West Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, unlawful use of a driver's license, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Lewis Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Alfonso S. Camargo, 22, of the 1200 block of Collier Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, improper transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Jan. 2 at Sheridan Road and Mawman Avenue, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Kristine M. Cook, 33, of the 400 block of Normandie Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested Jan. 4 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, unincorporated Gurnee. She was released following her arrest.
  • Caitlin M. Jones, 33, of the 1200 block of Concord Lane, Schaumburg, is accused of driving while license suspended, suspended registration, and was arrested Jan. 5 at Route 60 and Midlothian Road, Mundelein. She was released following her arrest.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Christopher Turner, 45, of Wausau, Wisconsin, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Jan. 1 in the 24600 block of W. Rollins Road, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 19.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

Julian A. Southard, 24, of unincorporated Antioch, is accused of unlawful restraint, domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, criminal damage to property, and was arrested Jan. 2. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of Jan. 21 was assigned.

Mcklevy K. Marquis, 26, of the 1300 block of Terrace Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of theft, and was arrested Jan. 2 in the 1300 block of Terrace Avenue, Waukegan. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 22.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alexander B. Robertshaw, 28, of the 21500 block of W. Field Court, Deer Park, had a warrant out of Cook County for violating an order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 3 in the 21500 block of W. Field Court, Deer Park. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Yana N. Smith, 32, of the 2200 block of Briar Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 4 in the 2200 block of Briar Lane, Lindenhurst. She was released following her arrest and was assigned a court date of Feb. 19.
  • Gary A. Erickson, 52, of the 4900 block of Willow Lane, McHenry, is accused of DUI alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 4 at Route 59 and Scott Road, unincorporated Barrington. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 5.
