Jonathan Gonzalez, 25, of the 300 block of 9th Street, Wheeling, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested April 15 at Route 12 and Miller Road, unincorporated Lake Zurich. He was released following his arrest.

Kevin R. Selvaggio, 60, of the 40000 block of N. Circle Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, had a warrant out of DuPage County, and was arrested April 15 in the 40000 block of N. Circle Avenue, unincorporated Antioch. A future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Xavier I. Cruz, 31, of the 500 block of Cedar Lake Road, Lake Villa, had a warrant for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested April 15 in the 200 block of Route 12, Volo. He was released and assigned a court date of April 20.

DELIVERY OF COCAINE

Elizabeth A. Bondy, 37, of the 0-100 block of Fairfield Road, Lindenhurst, had a warrant for delivery of cocaine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 15 in the 200 block of Route 12, Volo. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of April 30.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Destinee M. Lee, 32, of the 1300 block of N. Park Drive, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for contempt of court, and was arrested April 16 in the 12100 block of W. Blossom Avenue, Beach Park. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Martin J. Kavanaugh, 72, of the 2500 block of N. Augusta Drive, Wadsworth, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 17 in the 39000 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • James J. Nuzzo, III, 50, of the 1100 block of O' Malley Drive, Lake Zurich, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing to elude, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 17 in the 1100 block of O'Malley Drive, Lake Zurich. He was released and was assigned a court date of May 29.
  • Mikal Williams, 26, of the 0-100 block of Pine Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of aggravated DUI, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested April 18 at Rollins Road and Helendale Avenue, Ingleside. He was released and assigned a court date of May 13.
  • Dawn M. Morgan, 47, of the 28500 block of Lindbergh Drive, unincorporated Barrington, had a warrant for DUI, and was arrested April 19 in the 400 block of Route 22, unincorporated Barrington. She was released and was assigned a court date of May 1.
  • Manuel Puga, 39, of the 6400 block of Keeler Avenue, Chicago, is accused of aggravated DUI, and was arrested April 19 at Dilley's Road and Anna Drive, Wadsworth. He was released and was assigned a court date of April 25.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

  • Brian S. Ivy, 35, of the 3100 block of W. Grandville Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, having a suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested April 17 at Talmadge and North avenues, Beach Park. He was released following his arrest.
  • Kendra Goebel, 30, of the 38200 block of N. Hamilton Circle, unincorporated Spring Grove, had a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested April 18 at State Park and Grass Lake roads, Fox Lake. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Anthony E. Gehl, 38, of the 200 block of Pineview Lane, Round Lake, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested April 18 at Rollins and Drury roads, unincorporated Grayslake. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.

BATTERY

Brian W. Stedronsky, 43, of the 20900 block of W. Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested April 18 in the 20900 block of W. Verona Avenue, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of May 13.

AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Channing S. Bradshaw, 32, of the 2300 block of Chestnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, DUI alcohol, and was arrested April 21 at North and Beach avenues, Beach Park. He was being detained at the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of April 23.
