DUI Busts Made Throughout Lake County: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Brittany A. Raymer, 31, of the 200 block of Julian Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Nov. 30 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Dec. 9 was assigned.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Donald M. Arendarczyk, 48, of Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Nov. 30 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date was to be determined at the time of the report.
• Robert W. Juech, 37, of West Allis, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Dec. 1 in Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of Jan. 3, 2022, was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Josh H. Osorio, 22, of the 300 block of Poplar Avenue, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Nov. 30 at Route 59 and Stonebridge Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $250,000 and a court date of Dec. 20 was assigned.
• Frank R. Pecoraro, 31, of the 25100 block of W. Oak Lane, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Nov. 30 at Route 59 and Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
• Jose G. Lopez-Avila, 55, of the 500 block of Sunderlin Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested Dec. 1 at Wadsworth Road and Gabriel Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
• Eric J. Sternitzsky, 33, of the 400 block of Highland Drive, Lakemoor, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Routes 60 and 120, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
• Jacob I. Thorsteins, 33, of the 1300 block of Idlewild Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Route 60 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Jan. 20, 2022, was assigned.
• Patrick S. Skinner, 27, of the 1000 block of Blackburn Circle, Libertyville, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, illegal transportation of cannabis, and was arrested Dec. 3 in the 25500 block of Route 120, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
• Andrea M. Cadavid, 30, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Lewis Avenue and Richard Place, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2022, was assigned.
• Jaime S. Guadarrama, 38, of the 2500 block of Melrose Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 4 at Sheridan Road and Mawman Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 19, 2022, was assigned.
• Keari D. Tennort, 23, of the 900 block of Ridgeland Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol, and was arrested Dec. 4 at Sunset Avenue and McAree Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 26, 2022, was assigned.
• Patricia N. Pacheco, 30, of Kenosha Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated speeding (91 mph in a 45 mph zone), driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Zion. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Dec. 13 was assigned.
• Michael I. Peruky, 31, of the 7800 block of Cascade Way, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $20,00o and a court date of Dec. 13 was assigned.
• Lavelle M. Hilton, 31, of the 3000 block of 27th Street, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Interstate-94 and Route 22, Unincorporated Lincolnshire. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Jan. 20, 2022, was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Dale L. Smith, 54, of the 800 block of March Street, Lake Zurich, is accused of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, and was arrested Nov. 30 in the 41500 block of N. Route 41, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of Dec. 13 was assigned.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Evgenij Nekrasov, 45, of the 1300 block of Derby Lane, Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Dec. 3 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Dec. 22 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Sue Mueller, 55, of the 25300 block of Route 173, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Dec. 3 at Route 173 and 4th Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Daniel Morales, 34, of the 37000 block of Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct for missue of 911, and was arrested Dec. 3 in the 38200 block of 2nd Avenue, Spring Grove. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of Dec. 13 was assigned.
• Donald O'Connor, 42, of the 26800 block of Route 83, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of disorderly conduct for missuse of 911, and was arrested Dec. 4 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of Jan. 12, 2021, was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Eric R. Farias, 49, of the 38100 block of State Park Road, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for attempted attempt unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Green Bay Road and Nemesis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Dec. 9 was assigned.

BATTERY

James F. Lindberg, 42, of the 12700 block of W. Bonnie Brook Lane, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested Dec. 5 at Green Bay Road and Nemesis Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of Dec. 8 was assigned.
