Duo Nabbed For Possession Of Stolen Car: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter
The arrests of the Waukegan and Northfield residents were made last Friday in Beach Park, according to police.

Corey R. Sutton, 37, of the 18500 block of W. Main St., unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of attempted burglary, and was arrested July 8 in the 18700 block of W. Gages Road, unincorporated Grayslake. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 1.
SPEEDING

- Kaden C. McLaren, 19, of the 38500 block of N. Hilltop Avenue, unincorporated Antioch, is accused of aggravated speeding (104 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested July 8 at Route 173 and Wilmot Road, unincorporated Antioch. He was released following his arrest.
- David T. Banick, 32, of the 38500 block of Burr Oak Lane, Wadsworth, is accused of aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested July 9 at Delany and Elm roads, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.
- Bryan Oregel, 19, of the 2100 block of 8th Parkway, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (69 mph in a 35 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested July 10 at Lewis Avenue and Everett Road, Waukegan. He was released following his arrest.
- Mauricio Hernandez Reyes, 20, of the 2200 block of 61st Street, Cicero, is accused of aggravated speeding (95 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested July 12 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released following his arrest.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
Valda R. Cage, 66, of the 100 block of Minthaven Court, Gurnee, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested July 8 at 30th Street and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Cage was released following the arrest.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Lauren L. Fiumetto, 25, of the 38000 block of N. Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa, had a warrant out of McHenry County for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested July 9 in the 38000 block of Route 59, unincorporated Lake Villa. A future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Darrell K. Francis-Wellington, 20 of the 1700 block of Longview Drive, Waukegan, is accused of having no driver's license, suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested July 9 at Wadsworth Road and Northwood Drive, Wadsworth. He was released following his arrest.

BATTERY
- Paige P. McEwan, 23, of the 900 block of 14th Street, North Chicago, had a warrant for battery, and was arrested July 9 in the 1300 block of N. Sheridan Road, Waukegan. She was released and assigned a court date of July 19.
- Shabrel N. Wester, 29, of the 2600 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated battery, and was arrested July 12 at the Lake County Jail. They were being held there on other charges and were assigned a court date of July 17.
ASSAULT
Darnell T. Smith, 27, of the 1000 block of N. Long Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant out of Cook County for assault, and was arrested July 10 at Route 173 and Delany Road, unincorporated Zion. A future court date in Cook County was to be determined at the time of the report.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Alexis Ocampo, 26, of the 200 block of S. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested July 10 at Green Bay and Russell roads, unincorporated Zion. She was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 21.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Benjamin Thompson, 46, of the 24700 block of W. Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 10 in the 24700 block of W. Lake Shore Drive, unincorporated Round Lake. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 28.
PAROLE VIOLATION
Christopher L. Warren, 25, of Madison, Wisconsin, had a warrant out of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a parole violation, and was arrested July 11 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. A future court date in Wisconsin was to be determined at the time of the report.
MISAPPROPRIATE IDENTIFICATION
Ivvy J. O'Campo, 21, of the 1900 block of Countryside Lane, Round Lake Beach, had a warrant out of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, for misappropriate identification, and was arrested July 11 in the 24600 block of N. Milwaukee Avenue, Vernon Hills. A future court date in Kenosha County was to be determined at the time of the report.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE
Sheri M. Slough, 38, no permanent address, had a warrant for criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested July 11 at Route 12 and Riverside Island Drive, Fox Lake. She was sentenced to 30 days in Lake County Jail and a court date of July 18 was assigned.
POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE
- Kawanna D. Sawyers, 25, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Waukegan, is accused of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested July 12 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. They were released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
- Richard M. Martinez-Messner, 36, of the 100 block of Enid Court, Northfield, is accused of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and was arrested July 12 in the 38200 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. He was released and assigned a court date of Aug. 13.
