DYBA Donates $1,000 to the West Deerfield Township Food Pantry

DYBA Board votes to donate $1,000 to help replenish months of food supply lost

When DYBA Board Members learned of the flood damage to the West Deerfield Township building and the township’s food pantry that resided in the basement of the building, the Board voted to donate $1,000 to help replenish the months of food supply lost. After the toxic sewage took its toll on the food pantry, DYBA joined the Deerfield community and other local organizations to help the food pantry overcome the loss and damage. The DYBA Board voted on approval of the funds at its February meeting and Matt Lusardi, Board Member/Director of Fundraising, delivered the check later in the month.
