DYBA Hosts Free Boys Baseball March Spring Training Clinics

Deerfield Youth Baseball Association is hosting Spring Training Clinics

Beginning this Sunday, DYBA Boys Baseball is hosting Spring Training Clinics. These clinics will go throughout the month and aim to sharpen baseball skills while keeping the experience fun and entertaining for all enrolled.

To sign up boys from 1st through 8th grade at all skill levels, visit the Registration tab at DYBA.com.

Each session is limited to the first 20 people who sign up. Sessions are free with a paid Spring house baseball registration.

Clinics will be held at:

  • PlayersEdge sessions are at 1160 Allanson Rd., Mundelein, IL
  • Deerfield schools with participants being notified well in advance of that session
  • IBJI sessions are at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute at 1919 Skokie Valley Rd., Highland Park


Special note about the Monday, March 2, 2015 sessions: These will be half day because of no school

Monday, March 2

  • 1st and 2nd Grade - 9:30 am – 12:30 pm PlayersEdge
  • 3rd and 4th Grade - 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm PlayersEdge

Sunday, March 8

  • 1st and 2nd Grade - 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm PlayersEdge
  • 3rd and 4th Grade - 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm PlayersEdge

Sunday, March 15

  • 1st and 2nd Grade - 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm TBD DF School
  • 3rd and 4th Grade - 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm TBD DF School

Sunday, March 22

  • 1st and 2nd Grade - 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm PlayersEdge
  • 3rd and 4th Grade - 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm PlayersEdge

5th through 8th Graders

Sunday, March 1

  • 5th – 8th Grade - 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm IBJI
  • 5th – 8th Grade - 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm IBJI

Sunday, March 22

  • 5th – 8th Grade - 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm IBJI
  • 5th – 8th Grade) 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm IBJI

All players should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session and bring their glove, bat and batting helmet
