DYBA Travel 12U Red Wins Baseball Tournament

The 12U Deerfield Warrior Red team recently headed to Vernon Hills to compete in the Cougar Kick-Off tournament. Due to Mother Nature, the tournament was reduced to one day and the Warriors knew they would have their hands full. After a long, exhausting day, the Warriors came out as the tournament champions going 4-0!! They did this with good pitching and defense along with some timely hitting. They look to continue their winning ways when they resume their MSBL season this week.

The 12 Red Warriors team is coached by Mark Januszewski. The roster includes (front row) Tyler Nagelbach, Hayden Katz, Jordan Wood, Seth Platt, Luke Lewis, (back row) David Weinstein, Joe Shimamoto, Don Nagel, Justin Fine, Jake Haley, Tony Arce and Hayden Siegel.
