DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Eunice E. Lee, 52, of the 2400 block of Cumberland Circle, Long Grove, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested May 1 in the 2400 block of Cumberland Circle, Long Grove. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
  • Dorothy M. Hart, 52, of the 200 block of Park Lane, Ingleside, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested May 2 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 12 was assigned.
  • Jared F. Lopez, 43, no permanent address, had a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested May 5 in the 25400 block of W. Lehmann Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $35,000 and a court date of May 10 was assigned.
  • Peter J. Biancalana, 31, of the 28000 block of Roberts Road, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested May 7 in the 28000 block of Roberts Road, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $350,000 and a court date of May 17 was assigned.

OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WITHOUT A CDL

Maris Bondars, 33, of the Sunny Isles, Florida, is accused of operating a commercial vehicle without a CDL, overweight on registration, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 1 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • William L. Murel, 27, of the 600 block of Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, had a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 2 at 9th Street and Greenwood Avenue, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $35,000 and May 18 was assigned.
  • Muhammed R. Aslam, 54, of the 8600 block of Keystone Avenue, Skokie, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, driving in the wrong lane of traffic, and was arrested May 3 at Routes 12 and 22, Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 28 was assigned.
  • Azalea Scales, 26, of the 4200 block of White Pine Lane, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing identification, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested May 3 at Route 173 and Delany Road, unincorporated Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
  • Brian A. Bernota, 60, of the 35000 block of N. Augustana Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating vehicle while using cellphone, and was arrested May 6 at Terra Springs Drive and Hartigan Road, Volo. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 14 was assigned.
  • Jenaro D. Tellez, 38, of the 500 block of N. Oakwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 6 in the 11400 block of W. Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 21 was assigned.
  • Arturo Gaspar, 20, of the 2000 block of Western Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, open transportation of alcohol, aggravated speeding (70 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested May 6 at I-94 and Route 120, unincorporated Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.
  • Freddie Lino, Jr., 47, of the 1100 block of W. Atlantic Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle while using cellphone, no insurance, and was arrested May 7 at Lewis Avenue and Salem Boulevard, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Christ W. Soteros, 43, of the 36900 block of N. Carol Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested May 3 in the 36900 block of N. Carol Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 24 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED

  • Arturo Martinez, 45, of the 200 block of Idlewild Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested May 4 at Route 21 and Pekara Drive, unincorporated Deerfield. Bond was set at $1,500.
  • Myah N. Smith, 21, of the 600 block of S. Jade Lane, Round Lake, is accused of driving while license revoked, passing a loading school bus, and was arrested May 5 at Route 120 and Battershall Road, unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.

FELON IN POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

Thomas E. Lee, Jr., 36, of the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, had a warrant for felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of crack cocaine, and was arrested May 6 in the 39000 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $300,000. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

BATTERY

Joseph G. Donohue, 56, of the 37700 block of N. Jeanette Court, unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of battery, criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, cruelty to animals, resisting arrest, and was arrested May 7 in the 37700 block of N. Jeanette Court, unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 7 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Jonathan J. Turner, 33, of the 2100 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested May 7 in the 17600 block of W. Horseshoe Lane, unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of May 31 was assigned.
